Building fluency and confidence is a crucial aspect of learning how to read. This packet consists of six pages, and it is a no-prep, short vowel CVC comprehension/fun-fluency stories collection that is perfect for beginners or struggling readers.
 
The Common Core State Standards require students to think critically about what they read and find evidence to support their thinking. In this packet, students will read each story three times and answer three multiple-choice questions, each with two options. For an extra push, students can color the evidence within the text.
