My 10 Favorite 🏈Season Children's Books

I've compiled a list of 10 books that my students and I enjoyed reading during the college football season.

l love college football season for the camaraderie it brings, and because it is the opening to fall, I absolutely love FALL. Growing up in my neighborhood, you could walk outside and tell by the lawn which family was in support of which teams and which lawns could use a leaf blower :). After school, my brothers would hit the front yard playing football against each other, and it never took long for the neighbors' kids to join, which is something we rarely see today.  I hope this list will inspire children to take an interest in the sport, encouraging them to put down their tablets and spend time outside with their friends, like in the good old days.

Also, if your child is a football player, studies show that students are more likely to engage in reading if the book is centered around their interests! How awesome would it be to gift your child or a child you know who loves football with his own football collection of awesome books like the ones below?
